Work has commenced on the resurfacing of the N80 from the top of Carrigduff to Ryland Road and civil works around Bunclody town.
Carlow County Council is in charge of the project and the tender has been awarded to Priority Construction Ltd who have appointed a liaison person to liaise with local businesses and residents throughout the duration of the project.

Work will continue until October, but will take a break from lane closures during the PGA In Bunclody Golf & Fishing Club and during the National Ploughing Match.
