Wexford Talking Trails are having a Four Peaks walking festival from Friday September 20th to Sunday September 22nd 2019 . The official opening and launch of the walks is in Kiltealy on Friday night. On Saturday morning a moderate walk will take place in Bunclody on the Coolmelagh/Gibbet Hill. Our guest speaker Professor Kevin Whelan will deliver a talk on the history of Gibbet Hill and the surrounding area.
Registration will take place at 10.30am at the Coolmelagh Car Park. Walk is around 8 km. In the afternoon there will be lunch and a walk in Askamore. Sunday mornings walk is in Carrickbyrne near Newbawn.
